Yesterday, I was in Chorzów Culture Center to see (and hear) performance of Henry Purcells' "Dido and Aeneas". The opera was performed by young people from Upper Silesia, I think, half of them were amteurs. But Dido's "When I am laid in earth" moves me everytime. I am not going on vacation. I used the cartoon of Maxine going on vacation with the post I made about the time my wife and I went to Florida on vacation.
To drugie zdjęcie jest przejmujące i takie bardzo ludzkie. Mam nadzieję, ze pani ostatecznie powstała z kolan:) Ładne zdjęcia, fajną rolę odegrało tu światło na scenie, posmak nierzeczywistości.

ReplyDeleteA pani jako śpiewaczka powstała z kolan, jako zaś postać sceniczna wprost przeciwnie -- umarła z miłości.
