I guess somebody didn't want their refund. I remember having to pay for a cart when I was in Poland. I had never heard of that concept before. But I did get the coin back when I returned the cart. Does it really help to keep the carts at the store?

ReplyDeleteMaybe that person fishing will catch so many that he needs the cart to carry them in.
